Rabbi Jonathan Seidel
Rabbi Dr. Jonathan Seidel (PHD U.C. Berkeley 1996. Rabbinic Ordination ALEPH 2004) teaches courses online and in person in Comparative Religion, Folk Medicine, Buddhism, Hinduism, Jewish History in Eastern Europe, Kabbalah, Hasidism, Jewish Music,Eco-Spirituality, Sephardic Studies, Early Christianity, Talmud and the History of Magic & Herbalism.
He is completing his 40th year of teaching
at the University level and working in Rabbinic roles. Jonathan is currently the Rabbi
in Residence at the Aquarian Minyan in Berkeley and Director of the Minyan's online Yeshivah. He is a visiting Professor at the University of Portland in Theology
and serves on the Oregon Board of Rabbis, currently becoming the new Chair.
As President of the Oregon Interfaith Hub, Jonathan innovates programs
in peace education, spirituality and the arts.
Rabbi Seidel has published in the areas of Hebrew Bible, Folklore, Magic Studies,
Jewish Thought & History. He is a trained Hazzan, leading chant and kirtan regularly
in addition to Prayers in the
Traditional and Renewal modes.
He lives in Eugene, Oregon & loves being the father of 3 daughters, Maya, Elah and Daisy.

Renée Benmeleh is a multi-cultural vocalist/
composer/instrumentalist created in Venezuela from Mediterranean Jewish ancestry.
She has been joyfully singing Improv, Jazz, World, Ritual and Original music
for 20 + yrs. in the Bay Area.
She is founder & agile facilitator
at Sound Nourishment where she leads workshops and events using mindfulness practices, vocal and movement games,
and improvised melody/rhythm games
in an accepting, caring environment that supports vocal exploration and the expression
of your authentic sound. Renée is also happy
to spend her time on the planet
as a Drum Circle Facilitator
and Sound Nourishment Practitioner.

Jennifer Ganya Warren's Yoga Journey, influenced by BKS Iyengar, expresses the heart
of meditation in action. The wisdom teachings of yin, restorative and adaptive practices enliven her practice and inspire her teaching. She's certified in Yin Yoga with Kassandra Reindhart, recognized by Yoga Alliance US & Canada, and British Yoga Wheel. She's also certified in yoga anatomy, taught by
Doug Keller and Yin Yoga,
taught by founder Pauline Zink.
Jennifer's personal practice currently includes Iyengar Institute, Los Angeles and Yoga Sutras study groups at Mount Madonna Institute.

Emily Levin-Rosenshine (she/they)
Emily recently earned their Bachelor of Science in Pharmacological Chemistry from
UC San Diego, and excels with biochemistry, pharmacology, and (believe it or not) quantum mechanics! She was an active member of Hillel of San Diego at UCSD, where she led services for 4 years and was a development intern for 3 years.
Fun fact about Emily is that she is a triplet!
In her free time, she loves to social dance
and spend time on the beach.
